8. Corner Bistro

If you are in the mood for a great burger and cheap beer, the Corner Bistro on W 4th is the Bohemian place to go.  You better be hungry if you plan to go here.  Apparently the owners expect you to be part snake (capable of dislocating your jaw) in order to eat their gorgeous burgers.
Hopefully you aren’t too antsy, there is usually a wait.  But it is more than worth it to devour their patties and guzzle the cheap draft beer.
The burgers are naked, no artificial seasonings to detract from the original flavor of the meat.  This is a reason to come for most, and a reason to avoid for others.
The atmosphere is what you would expect from a burger and beer joint, not much to look at.  But who’s looking at the walls when you are staring down that 8 ounce pile of meat!
